  1. Help: Minimal activity                                            17.03.93
  2. Net-Control notes the periods, when stations were not active.
  3. If desired an alarm can be rised, if a station is inactive
  4. for a certain period of time.

  6. The value under this menu point marks the minimal amount of
  7. packets, which must be sent by a station in a time interval,
  8. so that the station is rated as ⌠active⌡.

  10. I.e. if you increase the default value of ≤1≥ to e.g. ≤5≥,
  11. stations are rated first then as active by Net-Control, if
  12. these send at least 5 packets in one interval.

  14. This value has no influence on the ≤counting≥ of packets.
  15. It serves solely to separate "real activity" from a
  16. "permanent activity".
